My Background
With over 20 years of experience in the holistic healing arts, I’ve developed a unique approach to life coaching services that blends energy therapy, spiritual alignment, and coaching psychology. As a Reiki Master, IET Master Instructor, and Quantum Life Coach, I guide clients from feeling lost to living with clarity, purpose, and confidence, helping them to manifest their true potential. Whether you seek guidance for a specific question or block, or are looking for a comprehensive program focused on personal development, we provide the support you need.

Why I’m Here
My journey began the day I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the person staring back at me. I knew deep down that I wasn’t living the life I was meant to live—but I couldn’t yet see what was missing.
So, I took the same advice I’d spent years giving to others: get Reiki and meditate. At that time, I had never done either. That single decision changed everything.
I began receiving Reiki, learning meditation, and eventually working with my first coaches. They guided me onto my path, and I’ll always be grateful for that. But something still felt incomplete—between sessions, I was left to navigate my growth alone. I needed more connection, more integration, and more support between those big “aha” moments.
So I kept exploring. I found new teachers, deeper healing methods, and a true calling to create something different. Along the way, I became a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Quantum Life Coach, Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and EFT Practitioner. My background in coaching psychology has helped me understand the nuances of personal development.
Now, I help others find their way—just like I did. Because I know that not everyone wants (or can afford) a long-term coaching contract or a high-ticket program.
